Guesthouse - A Case Study

This beautifully decorated small guesthouse needed a fire alarm to comply with the fire risk identified in it's fire risk assessment (and the visit of the Fire Brigade).

The disruption to the business and the expensive decor precluded installing a 'normal' wired fire alarm system.

A 'radio' system was installed. Installation time two days. Disruption to the business, minimal. Disruption to decor, none.

Although more expensive than a conventional 'wired' system, when the cost savings of re-decoration were taken into consideration, the system was a cost effective solution to a pressing commercial / technical problem.
